SHV Has Stopped Working

Iam using SH5 v1.2 with all mods correctly of sobers mega mods, and iam getting random CTD while playing. Using Microsoft NET Framework 4 Client Profile and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.30319 and my pc specs are:
Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1
64-bit Operating System
Intel Core i3-2100
4GB of RAM DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 6570 series video card

btw game runs in maxed out settings with no problems, its just that random CTD... Help Someone?

when it says SH5 has stopped working what is the faulting module?

TDW, nope its says nothing, just a small window appears and i can only click close it, for now i played for 2 hours and didn't get the error, i think it was because i started the OHII campaign in wrong way.. Will report if i get another CTD.
