Does Silent Hunter III for steam have a mission editor?

I was wondering if SH 3 for Steam has a mission editor as I can not find it.

Yup it does. In the directory with the game exe.

Probably in the directory with he game exe. Under steam apps. Gotta dig, little confusing. Or you could just search for sh3.exe.
