Default Water Clarity Option

Please excuse a noob question and one that has probably been asked ad-nausea. Search as I might I can't find anything on this.

Can anyone tell me if there has been a mod to adjust water clarity? By that I mean either a mod or a utility like SH3Commander which is compatible with SH5?

With SH3 commander there was an adjustment for water clarity in SH3 Commander's game settings menu where you could adjust the clarity between 0 and 20 where 0 was opaque and 20 was transparent. This or similar is what I'm looking for.

Even with the excellent water mods already available, none seem to address the clarity issue as the above utility did. To me the water is still as clear as an an Olympic swimming pool. Now I'm no real life seafarer, but I don't think the North Atlantic is quite as clear as that .

Coupled with one of the water mods already available I reckon a clarity adjustment option would enable players to create exactly the underwater environment they deem to be realistic.

Thanks
Rivet

I think I should mention I'm using stoianm & gap's dynamic environment mod which I find is excellent. Amazing work . What I find bothersome is that no matter how deep I go or how "murky" the water may be, the sub itself is clear as day from stem to stern .

I would like it so that when in external view, it is not possible to see the whole boat in an underwater environment. This was achievable in SH3 with the SH3 Commander utility. Being that SH5 is a completely different game I understand that what I'm asking for may not be possible. I just don't know.

If you use no external camera then you can use this after other environment mods .
