Terrain Editor

Hi
Does anyone have a copy of the terrain editor around ?

Preferably the one released by Ref in the SH4 forum ? as that had a tutorial on how to alter the terrain not just repack already altered files as the current one hosted at subsim does
????

Jeff thats the one thats in the DL Steve posted
Only covers intergrating the canal - not actually how to make the terrain changes

I know Ref did write a tutorial for it after release as had it till HD crashed
