Life Boat Mod

All,
First post...having just started moding my game. Have GWX installed, but I've seen screenshots in various posts of life boats/rafts around sinking ships. Which mod adds these?

The lifeboats and debris mod is probably my most favorite mod.

Added this just recently myself. I find myself pulling for them to row faster before the secondary explosions fry their little butts.

That mod and the waterstream/diesel smoke mod are cool additions to the sim.
