Question about sound mod...

Anyone familier with Stormy's DBSM, I need just a bit of help. More like reaffirmation. I'd like to try this mod, but if I'm reading it right, once I install the basemod it changes the Keyboard layout correct? So, once I install this mod can I uninstall it easily with JSGME? I plan on backing up the sound file but I really want to know if it changes the gameplay radically.
Any opinions are welcome and it looks like a great mod, I just don't want to get into something that I can't undo later.

Yes some keys are changed, but I think for the better.
I have changed keys so many times now though

Im sure it uses the arrow keys to move you and your cam.
The - + change TC (perhaps as with stock) and enter is now return TC to 1

Im not sure what other keys are changed as these are the only ones I use

The sounds added by the mod itself are woth learning new keys for.
Just watch some of stoianm's vids to heard for your self - he uses that mod.

I was also put off by the German speach - but now I am starting to leard the key phrases - I could not play SH5 now without it

Cool, I'm going to load it up. The keys actually look more like SH3 and 4 now that I really checked out the keymap. The sounds were the last weak link in the sim for me, I've got to have great sound or it'll mess the whole thing up.

And if you are using speech reconigtion you hardly have to worry about hitting the key board
