You read it right, a whopping 1/72 scale nuclear sub model.

A 1/72 scale fleet sub is already pretty big... This must be huge! Any idea on the length?

42 inches long, 5 1/4 inch beam, and about 7 inches from the top of the fairwater to the bottom of the lower rudder.

And Skipjack was pretty small compared to today's boats. Makes me wonder what they'll be up to next.

Of course it will be hard to top what one man can do when he sets his mind to it.
