question here
actually...when do the different subs become available? what types of torpedos and upgrades are available for each sub and when are they available? I've scoured this and the "other" website and haven't found a comprehensive answer. I HAVE found the crew abilities explained but that required a LOT of digging. Thank you for any info guys/gals.

are you using mods?...if so, have a look at this link (Equipment Upgrades Fix by TheBeast):
