Well, it's art after a fashion, but it's also nudity after a fashion. My only problem is, if it's truly made entirely out of sand, it's art. If it's a naked girl with some sand brushed on her it's not. It's a pretty fine line.

It is a sand sculpture apparently....but there are some frontal nudity examples at the same sight and that should be definitely defined as nudity.

I agree with Steve...It's a pretty fine line.

And it could just be sand - just do a Google search for sand sculptures and check it out!!!

Puts all my sandcastles together that I built to shame.
