please help about instalation Operation Monsun

like title say can sombady help me houw to instal operation monsun,and some graphic adon that are compatible with mod Operation Monsun..

Ned help in what order i ned to instal and what all files nedd to work properly.

i was instal Silent Hunter 4, patch 1 ,patch 2 ,patch 3 ,patch 4 ,and U boat mision expansion.....and i am stuck... i dont know order on instaling further SO NEED BADLY HELP....
and i whould also love real German sound fixs((AALAARM) if not included in operation Monsun,and if posible some graphic adon ,,,i mean ewrything that can instal with Operation Monsun,,

I don't play,SH4 ATO Mods and not SH4 anymore,but ya will get help,what ya need ,hang on

i am big U boat fan i love all U boat ,i played al silent hunter 1,2,3,4 and lazy 5 (that edition is insult for subsimulation (for me,i dont wona insult noubady that is my thinking)....
but i dont have expirience with MODS can you or sombady tell me what is ATO or omegu MODS is kind noobish but dont expirince in mods only playing Vanila game

I've just done this myself (a fellow noob), so I ought to say what I did.

1. First off, install SH4 into a folder on C: but not Program Files (that will cause prolems). I installed to C:\Games\SH4 (it's worth making a backup of this folder before you start modding it).
2. Then install JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME) v2.5, to the same folder as SH4.
3. Get hold of the Mods you want to install, I have Operation Munsen (OM V705, OMv705_to_V720 and OM v720 Patch 5), Das Boot Sound Mod and DBSM SH4 Speech Fixes
4. Unzip the invidual mod folders and put them into the MODS folder in the SH4 game folder.
5. Run JSME, the mods you put in the MODS folder will show up on the left hand side. You need to install them in the recommended order tho'. This is the order I installed them (and it works for me!); OpsMonsun_V705, OMv705_to_V720, OMv720_Patch5, DBSM_SH4, DBSM_SH4_Speech_Fix

I think that'll get you started.

I'm tempted by OMEGU, the graphic enhancements sound nice, but I'm a bit wary of the harder gameplay elements.

hmm i was alredy instaled before reding your post,but i instaled in program files and without JSGME ,OM V705, OMv705_to_V720 and OM v720 Patch 5), AND working ....

whil try instal like you said if be problems..


is ther some GRAPHIC model mod that is compatible with OM mod

CAN i instal some graphic improvmets like that in OMEGU,BUT houw i understand when instal OMEGU i must manualy target ships,but i am not that profi for that,,
so i ask can i istal only graphical improwments???????????

If I understand correctly you installed stock SH4, then all four download patches, and then the 1.5 U-boat Missions? You only needed to install the last patch, 1.5 U-boat Missions. It contains all the previous patches.
