Ship at dock

Hi Mates,

I tried to sink a ship at dock....

Sent 3 torps into center, each exploded, but no fire.

I saw multipleholes in the ship.

I then shelled the ship until I ran out of ammo.

Ship never sank or caught fire.

I saw multiple holes below waterline.

Is this a bug or what?

there might have been a dock between you and the ship that you didnt see but more info is needed to answer any question such as yours

type of ship
location
torpedo set depth
type torpedo used
year and date
distance you were from target

well part of the reason for that is if you use the torpedo lock you hit the exact same spot so your not doing a whole lot of added dammage.

what i try to do is get parallel so i can use a front and rear torp and they come in at different angle so they both do a lot of damage or just unlock and redirect the next torp to a different spot, otherwise if you feel the need to use the lock then move your subs position or shoot while moving at full or flank speed to seperate the hit locations.
