Need A Computer Build Sheet

Well, I need to build a new computer. It needs to be able to run Microsoft Flight Simulator X at a minimum of 20 frames per second with good graphics over and in major city. I also need to do it as cheaply as possible...

Can anyone here help me out as far as coming up with a build sheet?

When builing my system i kept it simple . I bought a big case with big fans to keep everything cool . Coolmaster Haf 932 case .
I bought a good mid range power supply .
I bought a mid range cpu quad core intel .
I bought a good mid high end mother board , the best i could afford .
I bought 1 harddrive and a good led backlit lcd monitor .
