[WIP] CWSS Typhoon Career Playable and standalone (1.5 UBM)

Hi shipmates!
i am currently working on the Typhoon (Project 941) from Jhapprich's Cold Warriors: Steel Sharks Total Conversion and making it Standalone and career playable for the United States in version 1.5

update will be coming as soon as i can get the damn torp loads and the sonar suite crew to function

i have numerous bugs in the coding that need to be killed.

work continues, i have the torpedo loadout issue temporarily fixed,
The crew issue is fixed,
still have to get reloads for missles and stuff in base

@Yamato, i have fixed the base loadout for the missiles!

it was a caused by the mixed ammunition files. the slbm is now inbase available. to use it on the typhoon, you need to download the Golf III mod first. use its Library files, the german ammunition.upc and weapon.upc as well as the torpedo-graphics-layout in the menu-folder. the missile silo and mk10-missile now should work for the US only ( haven´t tested it yet), while there is a new >MissileSiloSU< weapon and the T3Torpedo has been converted into the SLBM. at least the golf now has the slbm available in base.
