Newbie - Crew management problem

Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me how I am to go about the crew management part of SH5? Do I have to make daily rounds to say hi and ask them how their family is?

Any other way to increase morale? I know about the chef making tremendous meals to boost morale for the rest of the crew, but what if the chef is also depressed?

What have I done wrong? (Most likely, I know the answer to this one: I have ignored them for 2 months of campaigning, and now my sound guy is so sick of me that he doesn't even report any contacts).

Why couldn't Ubisoft have provided us with a real manual!?
