Conning Tower Emblem

Hey guys,

So, I've got a question/request.

I've heard a lot about Conning Tower Emblems, but never figured them out. Im not sure how to make them either, or for that matter if you can. I want to make this picture my Emblem

As to the combat 18. I do not approve of the organization. I want to take the emblem (scull with 7's) off. Sorry about that.
