[REL] sobers see thru wake fix .

Fixes the see thru waves , you cannot see ship wakes thru waves .
Some people say it doesnt work or the sub wake looks ugly . It works for me so all i can say is try it and see if it works for you .

I just have to fix the wakes fading out when panning away from them .

Great !! Your fix make No Ship Reflexion and No Ship Wake useless, and fix the probleme without desable any graphic details ! Great JOB !
