Why So Many Radio Messages?

Why am I getting dozens of messages from ship after ship saying they've sighted a submarine when I leave port!?! I assume these ships are sighting me. It's annoying to have to click each message twice to get rid of it. Is there any way to disable this behavior ??

Are you using MO or my UIs mod?

You can modify the radio messages box from your option.py or you can do that when you are in game

Is this the new UI Version 6.4.0 or is this option button also in the current MO Mod Version ?
