Default [REL] sobers smaller water drops.

[REL] sobers NO water drops.
This mod is now sobers NO water drops .
Streaks will still appear .

extremly nice! where are the drops located? is it a particle generator? if so, do we have access to the parameters? then we could also make snow...i guess.

I am a big fan to having snow related to climates zones also

maybe tdw have some ideeas about this needed snow mod, too

Resolution of delays and jumps of images with my HD6870.
The settings of the new Catalyst Control Center (11.2) are also very important.
