Farting to be banned!

How the heck can they enforce this if they ban farting? Farting is a way of life.

This is a brilliant idea. Nothing like a ban on farting to give a landlocked, impoverished, sub-saharan hellhole an air of respectability. Even better, the idea is practical; It's hard to get gas when you have nothing to eat.
