That's one mountain I am never going to hike.
This is good enough for me Mr George Mallory! Large pic 1 Large pic 2 Though, to be honest, i wouldn't mind finding a higher peak for better photo's. Its a feeling of accomplishment i only get after "bagging a peak." Maybe after i move to Utah. ![]() |

Yeah. I spliced them together from separate photos. The local mountains in smoggy southern california. I think i may have taken both pans on the same hike. The peak in the second picture is ontario peak. I think it was about 8 miles uphill from the trail head to get there. The peak in the first picture, i *think* was bighorn peak. Wasn't much in the way of signs. The trail from that peak followed the ridgeline to ontario peak.
