Default Navmap tools

I was wondering if there was a way to drop them on the nav map. As in like when you have them on(Say your using protractor)

and I see a contact (not updated) if I can drop the protractor on him then draw a line through it so I can see exactly what number Im on so I know if I plotted his course right or now. thanks guys

You can't do it with a regular Navigation Map tool, which technically is just a mouse coursor. But many mods supply you with various draggable plotting/navigation tools, which can be used almost the way you just described. I haven't played SH3 for a long time, but I remember that OLC GUI had some. You can't draw ON them however, you must draw first, and then put the tool on top of the plotting lines.

It makes the environment more natural, and comes with radically different user interface compared to stock. Most important is the more realistic function of the range-measurement of the attack periscope, with built in AOB measurement. No more guesstimating. And it has the angle solver side of the attack disk.

[EDIT] I used to have alot of files on my filefront page (link below), but those numbnuts deleted most of it again without telling me. Get the tutorial video about the OLC gui while you still can.

What do you mean "deleted"? I started using FF only recently and I certainly do NOT want any of my file deleted by anyone unless I do it. Could you elaborate a little bit?

I kinda like the GUI that comes with GWX is there any way I can just get the ability to use tools on the navmap and have them stay?
