A founding member of an organization run by Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the driving force behind the planned mosque near Ground Zero, claims that the 9/11 attacks were an "inside job" and that Muslims have been made scapegoats, The Post has learned.

So a guy used to be a member of the same organization as the guy who wants to build a community center has a nutter opinion about 911.

Well speaking for myself regarding 9/11....

Indeed some of the 'truthers' are nutters, the 'hologram planes' theories are especially silly'.

But that said - A few of them, particularly the structural engineers, and firemen (who were actually there) do raise some very good questions.

To this day I'd love to know why all the WTC steel was hauled of and melted down before it could be examined, its no laughing matter that the pancake collapes 'theory' is still a FREAKIN 'theory' because is was never actually forensically proven!
And I hope to god that WTC 7 did collapes from fires (when pushed FEMA said 'they dont know') because if it didnt? It sure paints a very ugly picture indeed.

If there had been a proper investigation you guys might have avoided alot of these 911 conspiricy theorys.
Trust me I WANT to belive the offical story I really do! but its really not all that easy to swallow when much of it is based on assumption in it self.

I wouldnt be quite so dismissive.

In reality its anybodys guess - as nothing has been proven either way, all the evidence (the steel beams & debris) was carted off and destroyed with out any forensic examination.

Is it not standard practice to investigate and Prove exactly how it collapsed, if nothing else
it could help architects engineers to improve building designs in future!

All we have is an unproven offical story based on assumption (along with an inconclusive 9/11 commission report), and on the flip side a bunch of outlandish conspiricy theories involving the 'power elite & 'NWO' and god knows what else.
I have read up on both and I actually cant decide which of the two is least credible.

But I can understand why some people want 9/11 to be re-investigated.
the simple reason being it wasnt really investigated properly to begin with.
So I wouldnt make any assumptions about anything unless there is actual proof.

But each to his own....

I'm still of the belief that Fox News is behind 9/11. IT ALL MAKES SENSE.
