rig for red ?

Hello I was wondering if anyone has been able to figure out if we can manualy switch between regular lights and rig for red lighting please let me know and if not is this something that can be modded into the game as an added function.

I have a sneaky suspicion that what you're talking about is hard coded. If it weren't, I'm sure a mod would have found it's way to the forum by now. I would also like to have control over switching to red. As far as I know, the red lights were not on constantly during the night, but rather turned on for a period before surfaceing or going topside at night to allow eyes to adjust for the dark.

Okay hey lurker or ducimus is there anyway when you have time can you fool around with this and see if there is a way we can have manual control over the rigging for red option unless you have already tried just a suggestion
