it is possible to Mod all Subs from SH3 back to SH5?

Hi was wondering if there is a Mod in progress .. to bring back all the Subs
that could be used in Sh3..

Kind of sad to not be able to use other subs than VII's..

is that possible in a mod?

any info ?

Given that SH5 uses all new graphics for the u-boats, especially the interiors, it's very difficult if not impossible to import the boats from SH3. It would probably be easier in the long run to create them from scratch.

The devs have said that SH5 is so moddable that anything is possible. Some modders are expressing concerns that that may not be quite accurate. It would require creating the interiors for each boat, and fitting the crew animations in the proper places. Maybe possible but very difficult and time-consuming.

In any case, if it can be done it will be done, but not for quite some time. Don't expect it anytime soon.

It could be likely (if SH5 sells well enough) that Ubi will realease extra subs as some sort of addon pack, along with the rest of the war.
