F6 and F7 give "Surface the Boat"

F6 and F7 are Battle Stations and Man the Flak Gun. When I click them I hear "Surface the Boat." When I order the same commands to the Watch Officer I don't get those responses, only when I use the keys F6 and F7. Has anybody else noticed this?

I had this issue until I deactivated darKwraths UI mod, havn't had a chance to see if it is suppose to do this or not.
