[REQ] depth charge shake mod.

One of the things really lacking in stoch sh-3 and sh-5 is that the boat doesnt shake violently when taking depth charge hits. It was present in Aces of the Deep. But i never seen it any of the silent hunter series. I read on the forum that this can be done by altering the camera files. I know there is a mod for it in sh-3. Can this be done at all in sh-5?

Yeah, totally. I watched Das Boot the other night and those guys were thrown around like peas in a tin can! With SH5 as it is now, getting D.C'ed is really lame.

Yes indeed i felt this way since SH-2. As it is now the boat onlt rolles a bit and the crew acts as if they are on Valium.

made a small mod a few weeks ago.
It was not planned to publish this mod, that's why you won't find any documentation.

Mod is JSGME ready and tweeks the depth charge damage and shaking. The boat will rock/shake intensely when the depth charge is going off near the boat. This mod has to be considered as "beta". Some values may need some tweaking. The experience of being depth charged is a lot more dramatic and realistic (i hope) with this mod. Be aware that near depth charge explosions now do more damage!

Will try as soon as possible. Thanks for your efforts. Please develop this mod into a offcial mod . I think this is the kind of stuff that makes it into a supermod.

If you like this mod it would be great if it would be accessible to other users. Maybe there are some subsimmers out there who will also like it.
