Silent Hunter 4 had the best, their default captain name for the U-Boat missions was Bernard von Unfal. Bernard of Misfortune.

In fairness, if i leave a few letters out of my christian name then add von and leave my surname as-is, the name kinda sounds like i came from a french/german background (that's my excuse anyways :P )
