[TEC] Allied Depth Charges

Just noticed that Allied warships are scheduled in their EQP files to change over to the Mark 9 depth charge in June 1941, even though the Mark 9 did not come into use until the spring of 1943.

Maybe the devs fudged the date since the campaign ends in 43. *shrug*

I think so. Those are the only files I've found so far that change over to the Mark 9 rack and thrower.
