Wierd Window?

I have this weird window that pops up every time I play campaign or historical missions.I cant get rid of it.Tried clicking on Go To game.ESC everything.nothing works.The red says Injured but its there in New missions too.

Never seen anything like that. If no one here ends up being able to help you, I would consider a visit to the UBI Tech Help forums if you haven't yet.

Although I can't say whats causing the window , it looks very much like the window that you get when talking to a crew member.

No idea how to stop it though - maybe you need to reinstal the game?

Are you using any mods? If you are, have you removed them all to see if it persists?

No Mods just the Vanilla Install.
