[REQ] Change default TDC to on?

Hi Mates;

Does any modder know a way to do this?

Are there any directions on how to mod this?

Options -> Realism -> Manual Targeting

Your TDC will default to being on all the time, but you can turn it off and 1-2-3 it up if you want. Plus you'll get extra renown!
