Default I can't launch the game!

retail DVD Version

I have an Internet connection and I am connected.

During installation, it didn't request the install keycode.

When I try to launch the game, I get this error message:

"An Internet connection is required to play this game. Failed to connect to the Ubisoft master servers. Please verify that your Internet connection is functional and try again."

I disabled the firewall and launch the game, it failed again!

what's wrong?

Can you look into Program Files (or Program Files(x86)) \Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher

There's a number of txt log files over there that could provide information on errors encountered.

Please correct me but do you mean that as default SH5 installs to Program Files / Program Files (x86) folder? I thought that was not recommended.
