I would really like to hear from the 'lawyers' and 'experts' on this.

One thing I dont know is where it was done. I'm sure that makes a ton of difference.

Well, obviously this was done on the same sound stage.


Those are some pretty cool photos. I'm surprised a balloon can reach enough of an altitude to show the curvature of the earth.

But no seriously I imagine the gizmo can reach 30K without problem but that range is the common altitude of most commercial airliners.

I dunno FAA homeland security.. somebodys gotta bitch about this.

The only reason I bring it up is because it fargin awsome and they pulled it off and I am extremly jealous.

Some of you know my experimintal and inventave nature and may understand my fixation on this.

(Built own telescope, Ham radio, that kinda stuff)
