Modding Fiji class into Perth class crusiers

Hi all

I want to add the modified Leander class crusiers `Perth` class in to the game. The Fiji class was very simular to the Perths. I wonder if you could give me a list of the programs that I need to do the make over of the Fiji`s.

What I hear, you seem to be a novice when it comes to modding! are you sure that you want to acknowl you as a big project? For to create such a ship is not so easy!
