[REQ] Sound for incoming radio message
I'm looking for small mod enabling sound for incoming radio messages. I often don't notice radio messages about convoys because I'm too busy to look at info notes every time. There was voice info for this in SHIII/GWX and it was very usefull.

I too am looking for this aswell as a way to not receive radio messages when submerged.
