Default Observation periscope down????

I looked if i can find anything here but maybe i missed it, but is there a way to full lower the op periscope. Its eems to be stuck half the way down ??? This drives me nuts!

This has already been asked and answered. Unlike the Attack periscope which is of "variable length", the Observation scope has a fixed distance between the lens heads. In other words, when you raise it, you need to wait for it to come out of the floor to be able to look through it. When you bring it down, you can only do so about 1 meter if you're looking through it. To bring it down completely you need to exit the view and press Shift+PageDown
