[REQ] SH4 style crew management?

I remember the SH3 crew management, how was it done with SH4?

Better in most ways, not in others.

Better: Crew was arranged in three rows, representing the three watches. They rotated out automatically. The off-duty ones would be listed as 'maintainance', except little 'z's would tell you who was asleep. If you sounded 'General Quarters' (Battle Stations) they all went on duty, and several more guys appeared in the control room, turning wrenches and such.

Worse: There was no sub pictured in the damage control screen - just an indicator for each compartment. So there was no single screen that you could look at showing who was where doing what.

So it was an improvement in functionality, but a step backwards in representation.

I guess we need a full crew to have the old crew magement from sh-3/4 since sh-5 is missing about have the crew in RL . Also the problem also is that the main crew (from the story line) never seem to sleep nor rest. I would also love to see the old crew magement back. I mean the crew magament can hardly be called crew management but rather crew update screen. I guess its another one of those features that for god knows what reason was removed from sh-5 but worked without problem in sh-3 and 4. It makes me wonder who is responsible for removing stuff like that. I mean dont fix it if it aint broken right? Personally i dont think this will ever be fixed , unless we have some amazing talented modders over here.
