put the jgsem exe file in your ubisoft silent hunter game directory (not the ubi downloader )
the silent hunter 5 directory.. then click exe.. run it once it will create a mod folder.. drop in the mods there and then run jgsme. load the mods and start your game

Sometimes the mods have two or three folders..it´s really important for you to put the correct folder in the mods folder.

Example :

...programfiles/SH5/MODS/command keys 1.03 and when you enter this folder there should be another folder named DATA - thats the actual mod that will be copied with JSME

if there is folder named for example command keys 1,03 again - then you copied the wrong thing.

I am sorry but I don´t know how to explain beter.

Also your JSME.exe should be in SHV folder

1.Install your JSGME to game directory your going to use mods on
2.Open JSGME WITH ADMIN RIGHTS!Very important.Click OK when it ask you to make a folder named "MODS".
3.Download any mod, most of the time they well be in RAR or 7zip format.
4.Extract the mod to your "MODS" folder.
DONE!
