Default 3D engine trouble

does anyone know what this error has to do with
"Can Not Initialize 3D Engine"

I had that error over and over when I updated my GFX drivers on Win7.

I rolled back to the stock drivers Win7 ships with and all was well.

change your screen refresh rate, mine was 55 hertz and i got the same problem, changed too 60 and it worked.

if you have the same problem this will works, i hope

Please help me with "Can not initialize 3D engine" SH3 was working fine until I changed it to display in full screen on my monitor when I tried to open the game this came up which I am finding hard to understand as the game was running on 32 inch telly beforehand....
