Well from my point of view we do have the following :
1. water is not looking like it was advertised by UBI in the first screen-shots 2.water colour at depth is bright blue but above is greyish blue. Wtf? 3. we do have an inappropriate atmosphere in the game 4.VERY but VERY weak AI animations 5. ...and god knows how many bugs I will still wait for the reviews and the final version but i don't think there is time for major changes. with these i don't thing there will be a need for Ubi's DRM to keep pirates at bay. The pirates will simply ignore it

We've seen many screenshots that prove there are bugs galore. But I guess you don't want us to believe our lying eyes?
