Default to Flakmonkey-Anvart-Lucatessa (and to players)

there is 'mess' here with all these incoming ,really great, mods !

first of all , all of you , must understand that Flakmonkey's mod is not at his final form yet ! so ,when he release a beta version ...YOU MUST NOT ENABLE OTHER MODS that are conflicting with the files of FM's mod !
talking about compatibility with this or that mod..you just don't help the author and you can't feedback with value bugs of the mod!

now, its obvious that Flakmonkey doesn't use Anvart's flag mod (i suspect that he haven't ever used the DD's fix for Anvart's mod) and its obvious,also, that Anvart is not using FM's or DD's mods

i think that you mister Anvart and DD and Flankmonkey must start communicate each other.the truth is that if i (and i believe most of players) had to choose between the new interior of Flakmonkey's and the Anvart's flag mod then all will choose the new interior . i am not saying that your mod mister Anvart is not good but what i am saying is that you have to make it (you or DD or Flakmonkey) compatible with the new interior mod becuase i really would like to have it too.

also ,there is the Lucatesa's mod which must be ,imo, imported too ! so it will be better to your next release (beta or final ) all these mods to be imported in one big mod .that way will avoid all this mess with people asking and asking questions about compatibility...etc

@ to Lucatesa : i think that there is no need to release at this moment versions of your mod with the new FM's interior as it is still at development stage. your mod is using also same files with FM's mod so it will be better to communicate with the other authors and release one mod

following each one of you his own way and releasing 'new' and 'new' versions ...only 'problems' are causing to players's installations

also , commands.cfg and cameras.dat are files that are been used by guis so it will be easier then to make this one mod (with the new interior and Anvart's mod) compatible with the guis

and something at last ....i saw the Tespilot's sub ....it is fantastic ! it will not be a bad idea at all when you have finished with your mod to make one more version that can be work with Tespilot's sub when he release his final version (if possible,i don't know...)

Agree, in everything,

As for communicating I think That FM and DD are in com all the time,

I think in the Mod that could join, also Anvart and Lucas with DD and FM Mod and it will be complete.

Testepilot boat is a beauty but it doesn't work with GWX, it is for WAC and that is sad cause it would be a great addition to complete all this story!

In the same way the valves open in sync with the pistons, the users must communicate with the modder, and vice-versa. Some food for thought.

It was a BETA and was never intended to be installed permenantly as a functioning mod but simply to test how your system would perform and quash the rumors of it being vaporware, hence it wasnt meant to be compatible with any other mods.

For the finished product myself and DD are working to make it as compatible as possible with all mods including Anvarts mods.

Not 100% sure what WAD is but I'm not running it, at least I don't think I am!!

I think he was talking about WAC. It works for me unter WAC fine. Afaik Testpilot did not made it for one Supermod. It should work with GWX
and LSH also.

Yes I'm using GWX2 U-boats with 150 or so other mods from various downloads and super mods!!

You do not know anything about our interaction (me, DD & FM)... but you play a role of the arbitration judge... Why? Who are you? ...
I have a continuous communication with the DivingDuck, which does difficult work on animations and adjustments SMS for FM...
And at last, "Flag on Turm" mod has been realised in august/september 2009, and the compatibility problem lays on later developers, as for compatibility (ex-terior) it is necessary to adapt Commands_xx.cfg only...
Therefore Mr., would be better, if you have left your opinion at yourselves (in this part)...
I advise to you Mr., at first to understand technical problems and then to discuss them...

Good day chaps,

As of yesterday evening I had everything working very well together without editing any files. Using JGSME I had installed in this order:

Anvart's Flags and Antenna (fin2) verison
Anvart's FM30 final version
DD's latest OH version
Luca's Conning tower OH latest version including Flakmonkey's Interior.

Oh and FYI the new U-boat pens mod last.

I will post this evening a screengrab from JSGME. Everything seemed to be working fine. Obs. persicope up/down, open/closed hatch to radio room etc., flags up down, DF antenna up/down, gramaphone record playing, clickable hot spots etc. I think that Luca's latest version incorporating FM's brilliant new interior has really pulled it all together for the time being, great Kudos and thanks to all involved.

I have tested flakmonkey`s mod but deïnstalled it because some
other mods i do use didn`t work anymore by a conflict.

Maybe a idea for in the future, make one mod with all included such
as the GWX3 mod.

For myself i have already done that. For example the deckawash
and badweather gun mod. It wasn`t possible to use both so i have
tweaked one mod to have both.

I have also done that with ammo amount and no fatique.

And Makman i have changed your mod with the fix and the mod for
time compression that you can use the * key for max acc. time and the
/ for 1x compression into one mod.

Maybe an idea from me

no anvart...your last mods(not the previous versions) where released AFTER DD's mod and are not compatible
