Hi. I made this mod for fun, not historical realism! It adds more powerfull cannon for XXI sub. One new bullet type; for XXI submarine guns. Now guns have 7000m range, and work like a autocannon. You can fire to aircrafts and small ships. In stock game eaven to the something simmilar to C2 cargo. Do You like to try it in GWX? ![]() Amunition for this toy is really new, so only You will have these bullets in Your guns in game! No more simmilar enemy fire! ![]() Nice, hmm? ![]() If You ever dreamed about gun for XXI [and gun on this boat will probably look stupid], ![]() now You have something! ![]() IMPORTANT! ![]() I don't use GWX, so I don't know what damage model is there. Maybe, simmilar in ship Zon Files, but if someone like to upgrade or decrease power of this shells, then he should download Silent3Ditor program [link is on the SubSim.com somewhere]and open "Shells XXI.ZON" file from my mod in Silent3Ditor, and change values in this file. INSTALATION: ![]() First, buckup Your orginal "GUNS_SUB.sim" file from Your Library folder. Copy my files to Your Library game folder [only files, not folders]. This is all, but I sugest You to use this mod when You start a new career. Otherwise, You may have troubles. "GUNS_SUB.sim"file in this mod is from GWX 3!!! ![]() This mod and new bullet is my idea. ![]() write about my work in Your files, if You like to use this idea or mod in Your official mod. ![]() Write to me on SubSim Forum if something is wrong with this mod! Finally. Someone making "fun mods". What I'd really like to see more of is fictional/experimental stuff you can buy as upgrades for the boat. Well balanced stuff though. Just more content.

Ya, know, i love putzing around in 1939 in a XXI, because I can! But I do miss having an 88 or 105 on it. I will give this one a whirl, but has anyone figured out how to get a big gun on this boat?

Ok, tried with WAC 4.1, wont sink anything larger than a coastal merch, I sunk 3000+ rounds in a chatam hospital ship, just managed to stop it, but no sinking, not even a list..
