Wow that sucks. That really is another blow to your guys sub service. Maybe we could sell you a couple S-Boats or even a Gato for the time being.

No, more engineering and crew problems, than money. Even if they all worked, there isn't enough crew for all of them.

It seems to me that submarines are a very expensive defense asset. Wonder how the US will fare, given our current financial obligations to China....

Huh, I was under the impression that Australia's navy was decently well off in the submarine department.

Guess I was a bit off the mark... 1 out of 6 is pretty appalling.
