U-boat 1.5 Where's my home base for repairs ?

Hello,
playing the U-Boat campaign (1st part 1943) in the Indonesia region i wonder where i can repair the boat ?

I "arrived" with the IX D2 in Penang, and "set sail" to Davao, until ending up in Rabaul. But although i can refit my ship there with torpedoes, and ammunition, there's no hull repairs possible. As well there are no promotions, decorations etc. possible here.
Do i have to go back to Penang, or better a bigger harbour like Surabaya ?
Or are repairs of U-boats impossible ?
There's nothing in the manual, or pdf - or i didn't find it ahem.

Playing SHIV with patch 1.5, and the FOTRS mod.

You have to return to homeport, the one with the tilted anchor, and end the patrol to receive hull repairs, promotions, medals, etc. Occassionally homeport changes mid-patrol, so be sure that it's the tilted anchor.

thanks, but ... there is no tilted anchor - all are upright.
I am beginning to wonder who saw this add-on through before publishing

Hello again,

thanks very much, the tilted anchor was hidden under the airport symbol of Penang - so it is indeed where i'll have to go.
