What is the best enviromental mod to run using vista in sh4 v1.5 thanks

Wow! That very much depends on your mod status. If you are running FOTRS, RFB or TMO I'd recommend no environmental mod at all because of the adverse gameplay effects and all three mods have incorporated as much environmental modding as the mod teams felt their mods could absorb without breaking.

If you're running GFO (ask Webster specifically about this!) or stock, you should be able to run any of the below copied from Neal's stickied SH4 Popular Mods thread:

Environmental Mods

[REL] Real Environment mod (RE)

[REL] Environment 5.0 (Env 5.0)

[REL] Pacific environment 4 (PE 4)

It's a matter of personal taste which one you like best. I'd check out all three because JSGME just makes it so easy to do.
