2 questions regarding skins.

I'm having a hard time, with the closing of BTS, in finding decent sized pictures of the various skins out there. I'm looking for typeVII in a Med skin. I'm envisioning something a little greener, maybe?

What exactly is meant by hi-rez versus low-rez skins?
