Free roaming internal camera

Is there a way to walk around inside a sub, I no about the free roaming external camera but not sure if you can inside as well. Thank you for any info. I can in SH4 TMO 7.

Yes, there's the Extended Freecam v1.2 wich one you able to walk on deck, and in the Sub.
