Interaction with the crew

I wonder it what way we can interact with our crew. It was there to some extent in sh-3 you could click the LI or navigator and give him orders. In sh-4 for whatever reason you needed the toolbar for this. They shoul improve this in sh-5 . Also i would like to hear me say the orders as well insted of imagining that i,n saying something.

I would like the captain saying something as well, and a fully interactive crew would be very welcome, basically an improved version of SH3. I don't know what happened with SH4, but you could not click on officers, let alone crew members.
Oh and another thing. when the boat is underwater, THE BRIDGE HAS NO ONE ON IT!!! I have lost crew members due to a crash dive in the presence of an aircraft and my boat gets bombed. The boat takes little damage but the crew stuck on the bridge get injured or killed.

Sh3 shifted crew members properly for specific conditions, which once again was absent in SH4
