Default Australian sales of silent hunter 5

I remember when SH4 was released in australia i went to a lot of shops in brisbane and eventually tracked down a copy . Unfortunately the teenages will never buy it because its xbox city here . Obviously the more sales of SH5 the more chance of SH6 . What we need is a top product from the start .

Same thing here in the States. I have to go to Best Buy or Wal-Mart to find the PC games anymore. All the "video game" stores carry a wide variety of console games with maybe a single section of a single shelf devoted to PC games.

Ah... fond memories of when I bought SH4... A niche retailer here was still in the buisness of selling PC games, tucked away on a discreete shelf. Hidden behind the plethora of consoles games and their broad array of hardware gizmoes.

I felt as if a perv ducking through the beaded curtin to oogle the tawdry offerings. Segragated somehow from the mainstream.

Uhhhh... anyhow long live PC games !

You guys Down Under are always getting it in the arse.

Was it SH4 or UBM1.5 that you guys were just about the last to get it ?

Fair play says you guys should get it first this time.

The Aussies are getting PT-Boats first, probably next week! As yet there is no EU/US release date scheduled (apart from Germany).

Default Australian sales of silent hunter 5

I bought both Silent Hunter II and III from Electronics Boutique in Perth's Hay St Mall and found SH IV dirt cheap at Harvey Norman in Osborne Park.

Not an issue here - I can't even remember the last time I walked into a computer game shop.

I buy exclusively from gameswarehouse.com.au.
