Default Can the crew be made not to tire???

One of the distracting things in SH3 is micro managing the crew.
Then, the crew continually gets better and better and while convenient it is not very real.
Crews were usually rotated out as ratings increased to man new boats.
Plus, I keep everyone resting and have a reduced crew so half rest while the other is on watch.

It would be easier to make the crew untiring and station the men where they would normally be and just leave them be.

What can I do to eliminate completely their becoming tired and needing rest?

No way is right but eliminating a distraction trumps something else also not right.

Can it be done??? How??

one way is to give all your crew max medals by going in to
you SH3 file go through it untill you find the file Patrols0 then in
the last entry change the medals to award all the crew full medals

Get SH3 Commander from here:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=147237

It has the option to slow and or remove fatigue altogether, along with a host of other fantastic little tweaks a kaleun shouldn't be without it imo
