Did you change monitor since you last started it? Seems like the set resolution + refresh is not supported by current one.
Think you can set the res in an .ini somewhere, I'll has a look. * should be "main.cfg" in SH4 folder in "my documents". For me it reads: 1280,960,85,22 (width, height, refresh, ?) Try 1024,768,60,(whatever it says for you on the last number), or maybe delete the numbers alltogether, good chance the game will default to 1024*768 (if it doesn't you know where to look ![]()

I had that before long ago. Usually it means that your refresh rate is too high for the resolution. Try lowering your resolution. Also, make sure you monitor's and games video settings are the same.
Edit..search it some, these are for MS game, but about the same info. You'll get plenty of hits. Did you change something? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315614#top |

So did you check the config file? Is the res the game is set to correct? Getting "signal out of range" simply indicates the input signal (res+refresh) is not supported by the monitor.
Reïnstall should fix it, at any rate. ![]()
